11 MoUs signed between Indian and China at the Second India-China Strategic Economic Dialogue

MoU 1 - National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of China signed and MoU with Bureau of Energy Efficiency.

MoU 2 - MoU signed between National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of China and Planning Commission of India to undertake joint studies in economic policy research and development planning.

RAILWAYS - 

MoU 3 - MoU signed between Indian and Chinese Railway. Indian railways is in urgent need of affordable technology for running high-speed trains and heavy duty freight trains and this MoU can help Indian Railways improve its functionality and accelerate its up gradation in more economic manner.



IT SECTOR COOPERATION - 

MoU 4 - A $800 million agreement signed between Indian IT major NIIT with the Province of Hainan  for setting up a technology park in order to add to its operations in China.

MoU 5 - An agreement signed between NASSCOM and China Software Industry Association (CSIA) for enhancing cooperation in the IT sector. 

POWER SECTOR - 

MoU 6 - Agreement between Guangdone Mingyang Wind Power Industry Group Co and Reliance Power for a 2500 MW renewable energy project. This project will acquire $3 billion funding from China Development Bank (CDB).

MoU 7 - Lanco group pact with China Development Bank (CDB) for Anpara Phase -II Power Project (4x660 MW)



MoU 8 - Agreement worth $98 million for the Amarkantak Power project between Lanco and Zhejiang Feida.

MoU 9 - Agreement signed for manufacturing electric conductors and transmission lines in Andhra Pradesh to be carried out by Zhongtian S & T for $20 million.

STEEL SECTOR - 

MoU 10 - Uttam Galva Steel giving an EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) contract to China Metallurgical Group Corporation Overseas Ltd. for Phase - II of a steel plant.

MoU 11 - Agreement between Ramky Enviro Engineers and Sanfeng Environmental Industries for Multi-city 'Waste to Energy' projects. [Initially, this project will kick start in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai at a cost of $384 million.]
