SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2013 was held on 21st April 2013 in two sessions Morning and Evening. The second of the SSC CGL 2013 Examination is scheduled for 19th May 2013.
Detailed Analysis of SSC CGL 2013 Examination -
The paper was said to be on an easier side if we compare it to the SSC CGL 2012 Exam. Many students have attempted questions in the range of 130 to 140 questions.
Reasoning section of the paper was as usual very easy with many students attempting questions 50 out of 50 in reasoning section.
Mathematics section of the paper was a bit tricky. Students comfortable with Trigonometry and Geometry have fared well in this section while others were a bit uncomfortable with this section.
General Studies paper was as usual being a mix of Current Affairs and questions from core General Studies Subjects.
English Language and Comprehension paper was a bit easier than what was being seen by students who appeared in last year's SSC CGL paper.
Overall Cut off of above paper is expected between 85 to 90. Last year the Cut off of Tier I paper was 82. This time the paper being easier the Cut off is expected to be a bit higher but the Cut off will not be more than 90.
In order to make your chances of securing an Interview post brighter you must score at least 105 in Tier I .
