SSC CGL 2013 Tier 2 Result Declaration Update - 28 Nov & 18 Dec Hearing

Dear Friends after too much of search and wait finally something is on track making slight headway towards the declaration of SSC CGL TIER 2 2013 results. All of us were eagerly waiting for the verdict of the Central Administrative Tribunal hearing that was scheduled and happened on 28th November 2013. The outcome of the hearing was rather disappointing for hundreds of thousands of students - It extended the verdict and fixed the next hearing date of the case on 18th December 2013.

In the mean time it is being guessed by Exam observers and previous Staff Selection Commission Chief that taking advantage of this postponement of the result the SSC will now approach the Central Administrative Tribunal and will ask for permission from them in order to declare the result as already the recruitment process is late by 1 or 2 months because particularly this year's Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination has already been in doldrums.Obviously SSC will declare the final result of SSC CGL 2013 only after the verdict of the Central Administrative Tribunal.

This progress of recruitment has been extremely discouraging for lakhs of candidates some of whom have taken considerable risks while preparing for this year's SSC CGL 2013 Exam. Some have left there well settled jobs of Multi National Companies. Some have even left their Government Jobs of P.O. (Probationary Officers) in Public Sector Banks in order to cherish there dream of becoming an Income Tax Inspector, Excise Inspector, Inspector Examiner, working in Central Secretariat Services etc.

So no body can tell that when the result will be announced but going by the activities that are unfolding regarding the Public Interest Litigation filed by Nikant Trivedi and one more candidate we can guess that if Staff Selection Commission is able to manage a permission from the Central Administrative Tribunal to declare the result than the result will be out before 10th December and if not in any circumstance the result will not be out before the next hearing of the Central Administrative Tribunal i.e. 18th December. The second scenario is dangerous for all the candidates that have appeared in SSC CGL 2013 as if the permission of declaring the results is not granted than the fate of the SSC CGL 2013 results are totally unpredictable and going by the experience when it comes to judicial delay in our great country India we can never be sure that any verdict will be given on a priority basis.

So guys pray to GOD that everything goes fine on 18th December 2013.
