### Calendars Introductory Class - Reasoning Video Lecture

This is first in the series of Video Lectures on topic of Calendars in Reasoning. In these first few video lecture I have told you regarding the revolution and rotation time of Earth around the Sun and on its own axis respectively and on the basis of it told you the concept of sidereal day and what logic has been applied in the formation of the Gregorian Calendar.

2. you told there 364.25 but i think it is 365.25 in an year

3. 364.25 is the approximate measured rotations and 365.25 when the time in one rotation or one day is considered as 24 hours.....

4. if no. of hours per day increase to 24 hrs from sideral day thn no. of rotations should decrease ...so why we hav added one to 364.25 rotations ??

5. if the no. of hrs of sideral day is increasing thn no. of rotation of normal day should decrease ...so why we hv added 1 to 364.25 rotations ??

6. one rotation takes 86,164 seconds that is 23hrs 56mins and 4secs.

One year is 365.25 = 31,557,600 seconds

31,557,600 seconds divided by 86,164.1 second per turn =
366.25 turns.
