The Historical Background Involved in the making of Indian Constitution Audio

In this audio I have explained in detail all the activities and happenings that occurred since the Revolt of 1857.The only difference between the Constitution enacted by the Constituent Assembly and the rules and laws formulated during the British rule of 200 years is that the enacting authority is different. The provisions enacted by the Government of India Act of 1858 has been told in which the authority of the East India Company passed in the hands of the Crown.
After that the Indian Council Act of 1861 has also been explained. In this act the non official members were increased but official majority at the center was maintained. Indian Council Act of 1892 has also been explained. Morley Minto reforms which is also known as the Indian Council Act of 1909 has also been talked about. After the Government of India Act of 1919 has also been told. It is also known by the name of Montagu Chelmsford Report. The main features of this act and also its shortcomings have been told. The arrival of Simon Commission have been explained and what Communal Award was has also been told. The Government of India Act of 1935 provisions has been explained. The provision of Dyarchy at the Centre which was the focus point of this Act has also been talked about. Whatever changes that were introduced through the Independence Act of 1947 has also been told.
