NABARD 2015 Exam 1st March 2015 Analysis and Estimated Cut Offs

Dear friends NABARD has successfully conducted the preliminary exam of NABARD Assistant Manager of Grade A and Grade B. The duration of the exam was of 130 minutes and was conducted online. The reporting time at center was 9.15 am in the morning. The paper had four section having 200 questions in total. The online conducting interface was very much like we saw in the SBI PO 2014 Exam. Now we will analyse the section wise difficulty level of the questions seen in today's paper.

Quantitative Aptitude - 50 Questions

This section was tough and time taking. There were only 5 to 8 easy questions in the section, rest all were time taking and tough. Any attempts in the range of 20 to 25 would be considered as good. The biggest challenge was how much time should have been given to this section as too much of time given in this section would have compromised the performance of candidates in other section.

Reasoning - 50 Questions

This section was moderately difficult. There was a caselet of Input Output Coding which had 6 questions. There was around 7 questions of venn diagrams all of them easy. One caselet of circular arrangement was very tough and would have taken time to solve by most of the candidates. There were many candidates who were not able to solve that caselet which wasted their time. Candidates who would have avoided this circular arrangement caselet would have been on a better side. There was also a linear arrangement caselet having 6 questions and was easy to solve. Any attempts around 35 with accuracy will be considered a good performance.

English Language and Computer Knowledge - 30 Questions each

This section was very easy. Almost all test takers have found this section easy. Computer questions were also of very easy level. Any attempt in excess of 50 questions with accuracy in this section would be considered to be very good.

General Knowledge - 40 Questions each

Most of the questions were from current affairs. Anyone in habit of regular newspaper reading would have easily attempted 25 questions in this section with 100 percent accuracy.
